We can help with the full range of bilingual forensic services: from small projects involving data recovery of a computer’s hard disk drive; assisting your legal department in e-Discovery for on-going litigation; or a full investigations requiring court level testimony.
The Team
Cistel Technology Inc.’s Computer Forensic team is led by the primary contracted certified EnCase Instructor in Canada (EnCase is the industry-standard computer investigation solution used by law enforcement agencies globally). Cistel’s forensic team is fully licensed to perform analysis, and at a minimum, have an active Federal security clearance; carry a provincial Private Investigator license; and formally trained in the use of the EnCase forensic tool. We will help you identify possible sources of evidence that should be forensically acquired and protected all-the-while maintaining a proper chain-of-custody, evidence analysis/searching, providing findings reports, and long term evidence preservation. Our team understands that wrong doers are often very technical and will make use of anti-forensics as an attempt to cover their tracks from your Human Resources and even your most technical IT support technician, our methodologies look for this type of activity.
